Q2: What is your payment process? To confirm your booking, we require an advance deposit (typically 100% of the total tour cost). We will provide detailed payment instructions and options during the booking process.

Q3: What is your cancellation policy? We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before arrival will be subject to a 50% charge of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Q4: Are there any hidden costs? Absolutely not. We believe in complete transparency. Your tour quote will clearly list everything that is included and excluded. Any optional activities will be clearly marked as such, so there are no surprises.
