Payment
You can claim up to $200 with your promo code. In order to redeem your voucher, book a tour as usual and enter your promo code when prompted on the website. Tours and packages can be accessed through the home page. Alternatively, please call us on 0740412583 for any packages or if you run into any issues.
All tours must be prepaid but please don’t worry! The tour fee is only deducted from your account once we have secured your seats for you.
Payments can be made via credit card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX) or Alipay.
Most tours require you to show a printed voucher that we would have sent you with your confirmation e-mail.
If you don’t have printing facilities, just let us know and we will send the voucher straight to the tour operator so you all you need to do is show the voucher with your phone.
Some tours require extra fees to be paid on the day of the tour (e.g. environmental levies and/or insurance fees) .
