Most tours that involve flying (eg. helicopter tours and scenic flights) require all customers to provide their weight due to aircraft limitations.
Other tours such as Skydiving and Bungy Jumping may also ask your weight for safety reasons.
Once a booking is made via our homepage, you will receive an automated e-mail with your order details.
If you haven’t received any of our e-mails, either 1. Your e-mail address is spelled wrong, or 2. The settings in your mailbox is blocking them.
After checking your mailbox settings, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and correct e-mail address.
After you book a tour through our booking system, we will secure your seats and send you a confirmation e-mail with your tour voucher.
The e-mail also includes your tour details so make sure to thoroughly read it through – especially your pick-up time & location!
Please be aware that your booking is not complete until we send you a confirmation email.

We will ask details of your group, including your desired tour, number of passengers, date of travel etc. and we will then give you a special quote catered for your group!
All bookings cancelled by the customer within 72 hours of departure will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
In any circumstance, all refunds require a credit card refund fee of 3% that will be deducted from the total refund amount.
All refunds will occur in the local currency and refunded to the same credit card used for the payment of tours.
Dr. Tours is not liable for the difference caused in the amount refunded from the original amount paid due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
